A golden airplane birthday

Cooper turned 5 on April 5 and we had an airplane birthday.

Aunt Becky was here for the week and we had lots of fun with her.

He got a whole set of airport vehicles...an airplane, a shuttle bus, the truck that loads the luggage, the truck that brings the snacks to the plane and signs for the runways.

Then on Saturday we had a party with some of Cooper's friends.

They arrived at Gate C5

this runway covered the table

The kids each got a foam airplane and they took turns flying it and trying to land it at the end of the runway

At the end we sent them off with a goodie bag that may have been made for other purposes. It said "for motion discomfort" "do not place in seat back pocket after use"
