Trick or Treat...

Another fun Halloween has come and gone. We found Carson's costume last year, so he had a long time to wait to wear it and he was very excited. It took us 2 tries to find an acceptable costume for Cooper - which happened last year also. He seems to be very picky about what he will tolerate. He wasn't overly excited to wear this costume at first either, but it sure is amazing what the promise of candy in a bucket will do for you.

You might think he is making an elephant noise, and that would be really cute, but no...he was letting me know how much he did not like having his costume on.

doesn't he look tough???

look at all my candy!

making trades...

This whole thing seems a little too ironic to me. Cooper went out and "worked" for the candy and then Grandpa is trying to trade Cooper for candy out of Cooper's own pile....like taking candy from a baby - or a 2 1/2 year old. Cooper does seem to catch on to the plan and quickly tries to get it all closer to him.
