Heritage Camp

Carson went to Heritage Camp which is a day camp put on by an adoptive families group that we are part of. They offered 6 different camps...Korea, China, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Teen and Preschool. Carson was in the Korea Kindergarten/First Grade class and there were 10 kids in that class. The camp went for 4 days and he loved it. Each day for lunch they served a meal from a different area of the world.

On the last day they had a parade of nations and the kids were encouraged to wear their traditional outfits.

Carson's hanbok fit him when he was 2 so he could only use parts of it.

after the parade they did a program and each of the camps sang a few songs

This was Carson's teacher for the week. She did a great job and he really liked her.
